| This paper designs a swirl burner under the conditions of pulverized coal and biomass co-combustion, which combined with coal and biomass co-combustion characteristics and the general swirl burner design process. According to the research requirements of the topic, it designs and machins the furnace and heat exchanger, transforms the air supply pipe and sets up a pulverized coal bench. It designs a on-line monitoring and control system of combustion state basing on the PID control theory and use of PLC, which monitors real-timely combustion of pulverized coal bench and automatically control valve of air supply pipe. |
