Research On Centralized Meter Reading System Construction For Users Of Secondary Voltage Power Line

With the ongoing marketization reform in the system of electronic power, it becomes a significant task to gradually build up a marketing system of electronic power in accordance with the market change and the needs of customers. To build up a centralized meter reading system for users of secondary voltage power line is a crucial part of the intelligent grid network. By doing this, the detailed information of every electricity user can be collected automatically, which also meets the growing request of international grid technological development.The present thesis focuses on building up a centralized meter reading system for users of secondary voltage power line of the State Grid. Based on the electro-information of users of electric power, it states the patterns of how to build up main stations for secondary power line system, of how to collect information about users of electric power line, and of how to manage advanced fare. It then brings forward a typical designing scheme about the centralized secondary meter reading terminal unit. In addition, in order to offer some references and inspiration for building up an overall centralized meter reading system for users of secondary voltage power line, it attempts to set down a criterion for the instruction on fixing and debugging of the terminal collection instruments, and to promote systematic practicality via unified, canonical and standard task procedure.
