With the rapid development of national economy and power industry,urban and rural power grids have accelerated their paces in upgrading.However,to strengthen the safety and reliability of the use of electricity for residents,power enterprises should also pay attention to the upgrade and transformation of traditional a table system.The traditional meter reading system consumes huge manpower and material resources.Therefore,in order to improve work efficiency and achieve real automation of power management,low voltage centralized meter reading system came into being.Although the implementation of automatic meter reading system solves the problems in traditional meter reading systems,risks exist in any project.Power supply enterprises need to improve their risk management performances in terms of risk planning,identification,assessment and response in all aspects,to ensure better control of risk.In this paper,combined with actual needs of power supply enterprises in XX County,the author explores the risk management process of construction project of low voltage centralized meter reading system in detail,in order to provide references for future research.This paper first introduces the background of the topic and the purpose and significance of the research,and then puts forward the research content and the research route of this paper.It summarizes the research status of each stage of the risk management of power engineering projects at home and abroad,and further understands the current international and domestic research results.Secondly,the domestic research status of risk management of low-pressure collection and construction projects is expounded.Thirdly,the author of this paper takes the construction project of XX County low-pressure collection system as a specific case,analyzes the construction status of low-pressure collection and construction projects,and discusses the current status of risk management research,which will lay a foundation for further analysis.On the basis of clearly rationalizing the risk management theory,combined with the actual situation of the low-voltage collection system construction project of XX county power supply enterprise,the risk management occurred during the project construction process is studied,focusing on project risk identification,project risk analysis and In the assessment and project risk response and monitoring,we conduct a comprehensive empirical analysis,theoretical and practical,and finally summarize the research conclusions of this paper,and put forward the shortcomings of this research and prospects for future research.
