With the improvement of voltage level,it is higher request electrical for insulation performance of uhv. Numerical calculation for UHV electric appliance of internal structure design and improve its insulating properties,which plays an important role.In this paper, three dimensional electric field analysis model of in GIS on ultra high voltage (UHV) is analyzed and calculated. For the complexity of actual product structure, the model was meshed by using the parameter settings, Solves a series of problem of intelligence mesh. Based on the numerical analysis of electric field, the paper adopts the finite element method to calculate electric field intensity within disconnector. The distributions of electric field intensity and the interior insulator intensity distributions in different electrode surfaces are acquired, the positions of higher intensity and their intensity values are obtained according to the result analysis. Insulation check of the result calculated, and investigate the insulation performance of UHV disconnector.VFTO is generated when disconnector divide and close bus-bar capacitance current in GIS which has the feature of short rise time and high amplitude. The insulator surface is more dangerous on the effect of VFTO under the working air pressure than on the effect of lightning surge. Therefore the distribution of electric field intensity along insulator surface caused by VFTO is analyzed in this paper.By using the mathematics model of transient electric field ,the Electric field intensity distribution of disc-type it caused by VFTO can be calculated.Though comparing the static and transient electric field of insulator surface,it provide that it is inaccuracy to design the structureof Electric Appliance basis of the static electric field analysis,it have to Consider the transient properties and the variations of dielectric constant. When analyzing the insulate level of insulator,the maximum value of transient electric field is the criterion . Then it provides more theory reference for the design of insulation structure of insulator. |
