In this article, Firstly,we have analyzed the monitoring data from the pit of Xiangjiangbeilu subway station of No.15 Beijing metro. Considering the actual monitoring data of supporting structure deformation. The three-dimensional model has been set up by using the software--FLAC3D, In the end,The modified model has been used to optimize the supporting scheme of this pit.The supporting structure deformation of deep foundation is a important criterion for foundation stability. In this paper, The single deformation predictive model is extended into a multi-points deformation prediction model, The prediction program with MATLAB is compiled, The multi-points prediction model is applied to the deformation prediction of deep foundation pit in Xiangjiangbeilu station of No 15 Beijing metro. In order to improve the accuracy of this model, The the monitoring data for supporting piles deformation and the tension of Pre-stressed cables are considered together in the deformation prediction, So, The multi-facts and multi-points grey model is created. The result indicates that this prediction model has a great accuracy in deformation prediction, which can be used widely in similar foundation pits of Beijing.
