ABSTRACT:Assembling the beam segment by segment is a great mature construction technology in abroad, and it has been very popular in bridge engineering. It has been acknowledged that the technique of assembling construction is characteristic of high quality and high speed. In fact, this technology was applied in bridge construction in the early age in China. With the increasing demand in the field of bridge construction, the type of bridge updates quivkly, and the assembled technology is becoming popular in many fields such as bridge engineering and steel structure engineering.In the background of the research on the emergency track beam system, the design of collector for assembling the emergency beam is studied in order to assemble the whole girder more accurately. The research results and conclusions complement the emergency track beam system.Rest on domestic and foreign related standards, an emergency beam of 24 meters span that consists of four types of lineshape. Massive work has been done on the research and design of the collector. Based on the principle of safety, economy and feasibility, constrast analysis of several certain schemes is made. According to some related engingeering experience and the geometric features of emergency girder, the final structure is determined. And the results indicate that each mechanical parameters of each member can well meet the standards, after completing the theoretical analysis of each member of the staging. To confirm the theoretical analysis results, finite element models have been established via sap2000 platform. Mover, according to the standards on machinery design, constrast analysis of several schemes on jack-up is made and the dypical equipments are selected as the final scheme.At last, this paper elaborates the technique of hoisting and assembling beam segment by segment, the method of seting up precamber and lead screw pushing technology, on the basis of analyaing the process of assembling an emergency girder. Also, the paper proposes an efficient approach to monitor variations of displacement and stress. It is practical valuable to promote the theorization and generalization of the technique of assembling construction in the field of emergency track girder.
