Shield machine is a large-scale construction machine used for tunnel excavation.Segment assembly machine is an important part of shield machine.It is used to accurately place the segment to a predetermined position,so as to prevent penetration of groundwater and soil surface.settlement.In the construction of small-diameter tunnels,it is difficult for personnel to enter and operate,and automation and intelligence of segment assembly machines become important.There is very little research on small-diameter segment assembly machines in China.This article describes the structure of small-diameter segment assembly machines.Based on the above,the hydraulic and electrical control aspects of the segment assembly machine were studied.The development status of the segment assembly machine is introduced.The working principle of the segment assembly machine is analyzed.The structure and function of the small segment assembly machine are introduced.The hydraulic system of the segment assembly machine is designed and the characteristics of each hydraulic circuit are performed.Analysis.The electronic control system of the pipe assembly machine was studied,and the design of the hardware control scheme of the pipe assembly machine was introduced.According to the movement form of the segment assembly machine,a part of the program for the manual control of the segment assembly machine was written,and the electrical connection diagram of the segment assembly machine was designed.Using the graphic display function of LabVIEW,the hydraulic measurement and control system of the tube test bench was designed,and the functions of data acquisition and detection of the hydraulic circuit were realized.The mathematical model of the dual-cylinder synchronous control system was established and the factors affecting the synchronous control system were analyzed.The radial double-cylinder system was simulated and analyzed using AMESim software.The results show that the electro-hydraulic proportional open-loop control can improve the synchronous accuracy of the twin-cylinder.It can accurately complete the lifting movement of the pipe assembly machine and can meet the synchronous control requirements of the assembly machine.
