Energy is an important issue constraints the development of human being, because of human being show more and more demand for the energy resources. The development of new energy make important contributions to the development of energy all over the world. In which PV has become a new bright spot in energy development. In this context, base on the experience the other people have made, this paper Proposed a design method of 5kW single-phase photovoltaic inverter. This design method include two major parts, one is the design of hardware, and the other is design of control software. To the design of hardware, the filter inductance and capacitance of DC-link are the key parts; grid-connected control is the key design of control software. Base on these methods, a 5kW single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is designed. Experiments show the correctness and feasibility of the methods this paper proposed.
