The Exploration Of Data Processing And Analysis Application On The Bus Intelligent Card

Access to public transport passenger flow is the basis for the public transport management, which not only provides the basis for the daily operation, but also provides a reference to line optimization. Transportation planning departments and public transport operators can make scientific planning and operational decisions only if they are able to understand characteristics of urban public transit trip and grasp the data of bus travel timely, accurately and comprehensively. Acquisition and analysis technology for bus data is the just important method of providing operational information and passenger flow for bus operational decision. Therefore, a fast and efficient analysis of bus data plays an important and decisive part in building the efficient and rational public transport system and establishing the dominant position of urban public transport. Bus intelligent card is just the fast and efficient method of bus data acquisition, and how to process and analyze the mass data of bus smart card in order to get the public transport passenger flow information is the purpose of this paper.In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of five methods of public transport passenger flow acquisition are compared, and the practicability and superiority of bus IC card are pointed out. The structure of bus IC card data and other fundamental bus data are introduced. The structure of bus IC card data warehouse is identified and the clear system architecture is given. The procedure of original data processing is stated in detail. The methods of checking the place where passengers get on and off bus of integrated ticketing are analyzed as well as the way of transferring based on bus IC card data, and the characteristics and application range of which are summed up. Data warehouse of Beijing bus IC card which is taken as an example by this paper is built, and its data is analyzed. Those are the basis of bus IC card data mining further.
