Monitoring Anti Running Intelligent System Based On Delphi

The anti running for waiting vehicles in railway yard is related to safe transportation production in the railroad.Increasing along with reorganization work requirement of the intermediate station, automated request for vehicles anti running has been getting higher and higher.In this paper, based on the original automation of anti running device in marshalling yard, it designs and develops the automation of anti running system satisfied the request of the intermediate station. In order to be integrated with the station existing stock road interconnection 6502 all-electric interlocking system, it applies the existing station interlocking control system to intelligent closed-loop control of the anti-sliding device as a safety equipment The control command of station signal interconnection is introduced into the control anti running system through the electro-optical isolation, the movement of anti running device depends on the control command and the scene sensing signal which is dominated by the PLC of control system.The movement situation of anti running device feeds back to the monitoring superior machine in the anti running revolution room for the graphical display, and reminds the station attendants to pay attention the anti running equipment's condition and the operational practice by the sound and the light way, meanwhile constitutes route interlocking with 6502 all-electric interlocking system to guarantee the vehicles' security of driving into, the pause and driving out.In view of the above situation, combination of the characteristic of the new anti running devices and the request of anti running intelligent supervisory system in intermediate station, the paper develops the software of anti running long-distance supervisory system based on the Windows platform and using the Delphi language, mainly completes the following several aspect content;1. The determination of the anti running vehicles supervisory system's plan.2. The establishment of long-distance correspondence plan and communication protocol between superior monitoring computer and PLC.3. The development of superior machine monitoring database system and management system.4. The design of superior monitoring computer operation contact surface.5. The mergence of the anti running vehicles supervisory system and the station 6502 all-electric interlocking.The anti running intelligent supervisory system in the safe foundation must be able to obtain the big security work benefit by the few investments in the station yard, then enables the railroad whole transport capacity to have further enhancement.
