Nowadays the 6502 electric interlocking and the computer interlocking system with actuator of relays are widely applied in the railway signal control system. On the contrast the full electronic computer interlocking system starts later and there is few studies on intelligent device with intelligentized distribution control system. The new type of railway station interlocking system, which is based on fully electronic and intelligent control device and linked by field bus technology, becomes the process direction of study and development for the future. It develops with the application of the electronic technology and field bus technology and net technology to the industry control field.This article aims to the study on the fully electronic switch and signal control circuit and rail track circuit intelligent device. It makes the design of fully electronic switch and signal control circuit and interface circuit. In this design the 480 version of AC continuous rail track circuit is simulated with electric electronic components. In order to construct fault-safty circuit, here is some steps. Redundance electricevice were used in circuit; real time status of circuit was decteted by taking some technical methods to deal with switch volume and analogy volume, it completes the closed loop control of deveic by these steps. So, the fault-safty character of control level was apparently improved. It gives the primary design study on the proposal of site signal device intelligentization. It proposes a new type of intelligent signal device configuration in which the 8xC196Kx singlechip (16bits MS96 series) works as MCU and SJA1000 works as the control centre of the CAN field bus communication .This article is the first one in which the control of the signal device is proposed to be distributed to device site and to be fully intelligent control. And the complete data communication should be done among equipments in order to control the information exchange.At the end of this article a qualitative analysis is made on the fault-safty character of the fully electronic railway switch and semaphore control circuit. The fault-safty technology in the field of railway signal control system is analyzed preliminarily and this technology has been used in the design validly.
