Area caused by wind and snow blizzard of snow damage is a serious road traffic safety impact of a natural disaster. In order to reduce the preventing and control the road snow evil, China, Japan, Canada, former Soviet Union, US and so on some wind snow drift snow harmed the quite serious country all to conduct the massive experimental study. At present, the domestic and foreign solution road wind snow drift snow harms the method includes:Enhances the roadbed, postpones the side slope, the building snow protection plantation, constructs keeps off the snow wall, erects the baffle plate, installs the snow fence as well as circles evades the easy snow region and so on. Looking from the preventing and controlling angle that, these methods may divide are two kind of types, effects a permanent cure the primarily initiative protection and takes stopgap measures the primarily passive protection. But regardless of which method all has its dual character, namely guards against the snow function during the display also all to have certain disease.
