Train Dispatching and Controlling System(TDCS) are becoming the core that the railway system can orderly organize various transportation,with the speed improved and the density increased of train. As China railway transportation core, TDCS are constituted by the ministry of railways, railway adminstration and primary station three network layers,it is a typical Iayering distributed systems.As a complex nationwide large-scale control system,the requirements of online maintenance, online expansion and online testing are becoming more and more strictly.The technique of Autonomous Decentralized systems have better function online maintenance, online, online testing etc.In 2003,the net work protocol standard Autonomous Decentralized Protocol(ADP)was adopt as international standard(ISO15745-4).This will make Autonomous Decentralized System(ADS) being easily constructed and realized.According the our country's existing Autonomous Decentralized Centralized Traffic Control system(CTC),Using the computer and network technology to construct layered decentralized Autonomous Decentralized TDCS system,to realize information concentration and controlled dispersion,to make the system have better online properties are core theme of this paper. In application,by analysis the interaction TDCS system with other systems, divided system into different multicast group(MG),optimized information communication.Analysis the whole structure of TDCS,divided the TDCS system into different hierarchical data filed(DF)and application model(AP),established Autonomous Decentralized TDCS system model.This paper Used the gateway model of ADS,to connect Traffic Management Information System (TMIS)composed by message information system and TDCS composed by control information system.This method is better to solve information exchange problem betweem TDCS and TMIS,meanwhile,message information system and control information system are isolated to reduced the interaction between different information.For frequent expand of primary station cause problems to TDCS system,by constructing virtual local area network (VLAN),limited terminal expand in VLAN range,to reduce the degree of influence to TDCS system.Using the firewall mechanism and VLAN management procedure, to prevent network excessive broadcasting and improve the performance of network.According to the concept of MG in ADS system,each VLAN is a MG of data field of railway administration TDCS, complete different types of information processing and management. Finally, gave solutions to the network management problems of TDCS, and verified online.characteristics by experiment.
