A Research Of Integrated Fire Detection And Alarm System Based On ARM

The emergence of fire alarm system enhanced the fire detection capability of human, and reduced the fire hazards. But the fire alarm system has some problems, that constraind the ability upgrade of the system, the performance of fire alarm systems must be improved.An ARM-based integrated fire detection and alarm system has been introduced in this paper. The embedded technology and fire detection technology were combined, and the network technology was used to improve the information processing capability of the fire alarm system, and the embedded vedio surveillance system is used to solve the false positive problem, the accuracy and stability of the fire alarm system has been enhanced.This paper is focus on introducing the hardware structure of the system, the building of the embedded development enviromment, the design of the GPIO driver based on ARM-Linux, the fire detection and network transmission application software design, the embedded vedio surveillance system, and the fire monitor system based on LabVIEW has been introduced at the end.
