The usage of proportional multiple directional valve become more and more widely.But, accompany with the development of the Automation Technology, requirement ofresponse time, control accuracy, degree of automation on multiple valve becomes moreand more strict.The electro-hydraulic proportional multiple valve is easy to be polluted,and the valve must be connected with the computer by D/A converter component, whichleads higher cost and the difficulty of use. The high-speed on-off digital valve havemore simple structure, higher reliability, easy to be maintained, longer life cycle, lowerprice, and good performance on resisting pollution etc..Especially, it has higherresponse speed; can be controlled by computer directly without D/A convertercomponent. In this paper we designed a high-speed on-off digital valve system whichused to control the multiple directional valve as a pilot valve. This thesis conducts theresearch on the following issues:Firstly, design the structure of the high-speed on-off digital valve; analysis the on-offprinciple of the high-speed on-off digital valve; using the simulation software FLUENTanalysis the high-speed on-off digital valve.Secondly, analysis the Electromagnetic technology theory; design the coil and theArmature; using the simulation software SolidWorks Flow Simulation analysis theArmature and improve it.Thirdly, analysis the control system and use the SCM to produce the PWM signal;design the double voltage driving amplifier circuit.Finally, using the simulation software AMESim construct the model of ratio controlsystem with the high-speed on-off digital valve; analysis the relationship with PWMsignal, current in coil and spool displacement; analysis the dynamic characteristic of thehigh-speed on-off digital valve; analysis the model of ratio control system with thehigh-speed on-off digital valve.
