Along with the rapid development of Micro-Electro-Mechanism System (MEMS), System on Chip, wireless communications and low power consumption Embedded technology, wireless sensor networks (WSN) bred. Because of low-power, low cost, the characteristics of distributed and self-organization, it has brought a revolution in information perception. The limited power of Wireless sensor network node has a great deal of restraint in the development of wireless sensor network. Lithium-ion batteries, because of their less weight, smaller size, higher voltage and higher available energy densities than other batteries, have become the First Choice of wireless sensor networks Power. This paper analyzes the photovoltaic control system as the energy of a wireless sensor network node from the hardware structure and software flowchart, focuses on the charging process of management and protection for lithium-ion battery. Charging combined maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and three intelligent charging sections. Also, the controller has Communication circuit, Instruction circuit to make sure the charging system work balanced. In the calculation of battery power, combine current integration with measuring voltage, in accordance with the actual operation of the power supply system, improved battery power calculation accuracy and reliability.Feasibility Experiment of the system is an important part. The laboratory experiments of lithium-ion batteries charging demonstrate the feasibility of three-stage charging, and through the Zigbee-based wireless sensor network technology Experiment, it Prove that the system in the wireless sensor network applications is feasible.
