Since the 21 st century,various countries in the world have developed new energy sources to ease their dependence on non-renewable resources such as oil.The widespread use of automobiles has made new energy vehicles a major development object in various countries.Power batteries are the core components of electrical vehicles.The direct use of lithium batteries as the test power supply during the development process has the disadvantages of high cost,poor controllability,low efficiency,inaccurate results and polluted environment caused by waste batteries after the test.To solve these problems,this article designs an analog power-supply system that can simulate the characteristics of power batteries.The analog power-supply system can replace the battery for testing in the experiment.Its advantage is that the experimental result has reliability and the development cycle is shortened.This article first determines that the Panasonic Tesla 18650 ternary lithium battery,which has good security and excellent performance,was taken as the research object to analyze the working principles,performance parameters and battery characteristics of the battery.The Olivier-Louis battery model is used to model the battery,and by a curve comparison of the model data and actual battery characteristics,the rationality and accuracy of the model is verified.Secondly,the analog power-supply system adopts a design scheme combining a pre-stage bidirectional PWM rectifier and a post-stage triple bidirectional DC / DC circuit.The circuit of the two-stage converter is mathematically modeled and the main parameters are calculated,and the frequency-domain method is used to analyze and design the controller in terms of parameters.Through the three steps of battery data acquisition,load characteristic curve tracking and SOC estimation,the problem of power battery operating characteristics during simulation of electric vehicle operation is settled.This article builds a simulation power supplymodel in Matlab / Simulink,analyzes its operation result data under multiple working conditions,and verifies the correctness of the theory.Finally,the implement system of analog power supply is designed based on DSP,the main program,ADC sampling,digital PI and other programs are completed,and some partial functional debugging is conducted in combination with the hardware platform,which verifies the system's realizability.
