Nowadays, the stage of urbanization goes to accelerate development. Lacking of resource and environmental damage are making people turned to persuing sustainable development. How to achieve improvements in the quality of urban green space, including the protection and restoration of the environment, and to enhance urban ecosystem health and ecosystem services on limited land resources, is especially important.Urban green space network planning is a planning method which to meet the goal of integrated spatial planning of environmental, ecological and cultural. Green space planning in cities which has good ecological environment and resources, should be more emphasis on their protection and integration, green ecological network planning is essential in such a case. This paper bases on the theory of landscape ecology and urban planning, to adopt suitability analysis, study and explore the method of urban green space planning.This paper takes Luotian Green space network planning as a case to study. Based on the Green space system Planning, analyzing its green space model to build suitability model. Take the suitability map which created from single-factor evaluation and multiple-factor weighted stacking as cost surface, generate potential network through the shortest path in GIS spatial analysis. Based on the network and analysis, we can make an optimized green space network planning. We hope to plan the eco-urban green space network, which are sustainable development and optimum by analyzing the example.The paper explores on ecological network planning method of urban green space, and provides a study case to the planning of urban green space.
