In order to reduce the strike to the electric network as asynchronous motor starts up directly and eliminate the negative influence that brought about by switching of contact when it starts up with reduced-voltage means, A new method based on analyzing three-phase cage induction motors technologies, induction motors of a lower starting voltage, increasing the starting torque for improving the starting characteristics. Controlling circuit of system adopt a new method for regulating and ways of motor voltage ramp start, current limiting starting, soft stop characteristics. Focus on the implementation of regulating way. The system's primary circuit consists of three pairs of thyristor connection, and connect with AC power each phase. By changing the thyristor corner to change the motor voltage, to come true step down started, in addition achieve alleviation impact and the purpose of saving energy. And give the design the system's hardware and software.This article on the theory and practice, completed theoretic research base on the SCM, and applied in practice.
