Recently, the bridge structural style becomes diversification, the span of bridge becomes longer and longer, the pier is higher and higher, so the structure is more and more flexible. The safety and usage of bridges are restricted more and more by the dynamic response of bridge, which is the reason why so much attention has been paid to the dynamic research of highway bridges with high piers and long span under moving vehicle load.On the base of referring to broad data of domestic and overseas, main theory and analysis methods of coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge are summarized. The whole vehicle is simplified as the 7-freedom degree system and 9-freedom degree system.Based on the finite element analysis method, dynamic analytical model of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge and motion equation of bridge are established. Considering the surface roughness of road, the theory of coupling vibration of vehicle-road is established and relevant program is made in Fortran. On the project background of Ja Xi Bridge in Zhejiang province, the influence to the bridge dynamic response of the factors, such as the vehicle velocity and weight, the amount and types of the vehicle, the stiffness and dampness of the bridge, the roughness of bridge deck and so on, are studied.the result shows that they have different degree influence. In addition, borrowing ideas from the above analysis of coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge, the calculation model of the bridge-approach pavement can be established. Road surface and the foundation are simulated as beam elements and soil springs. Road unevenness curve of bridge-approach pavement should be considered while establishing the calculation model. The correlative program is established to analyze the dynamic response and the key effect factors when the vehicles are passing the bridge-approach pavement.
