Recently, TPMS is an important content in the field of automobile active safety, tire pressure monitoring based on tire longitudinal stiffness is an effective method of indirect tire pressure monitoring. In order to further study the method and improve the system's accuracy and reliability better and research other relative active safety technology, the article develops TPMS dynamic test system based on MCGS and MATLAB.The article puts up a design scheme based on longitudinal stiffness method and designs the hardware and software of dynamic test system. The system hardware configuration mainly consists of industrial computer, data acquisition card, the sensor and the terminal blocks. The system software is developed by using configuration software MCGS and MATLAB.The system software operation interface is designed by using MCGS. The data real-time interaction between MCGS and MATLAB is realized by using hardware drive program calling data acquisition card provided by MCGS and acquiring real-time data from sensors and building OPC communication interface program; with the foundation of data interactive realization, the signal analyzing and filter is achieved by compiling FFT and FIR digital filter in the environment of MATLAB, and wheel speed model, vehicle speed model,slip rate model and tire longitudinal stiffness and so on is built by using MATLAB/SIMULINK to realize real-time parameters.Finally, the system is applied to vehicle test. The results indicate that the designed work system platform has reliable performance, and the man-machine is friendly and operates easily, which could achieve tire pressure monitoring and acquire and analyze test real-timely, accurately and conveniently.
