Using many parameters of the airplane engine, we can evaluate the performance of the airplane engine. To meet the requirement of measuring a kind of airplane engine, a test system to measure engine rotate speed, air flux and pressure was developed. The test system provide data for evaluatiang,ameliorating,repairing airplane engine. The paper mainly discusses the presure measuring module of the system, which analyzes the signal in time and spectrum.The main working theory is: When the signal has been amplified, a A/D converter is serviced to translate it from analog mode to digital mode.Under the control of CPLD, the data is stored into SRAM.Where we use double cach to translate the data in real time. On one hand, PCI9052 read the data and display in computer; On the other hand, The DSP read the data for FFT translation. At last, PCI9052 read the spectrum data stored in DSP and display in computer, too. In the system, servicing for interface PCI bus is PCI9052, which produced by PLX; ADC chip is the ADS7805, which have 16-bit resolution; DSP come from TI, it is TMS320C6711BGFN. By introducing the technology such as PCI bus, data acquisition, photoelectricity isolation, digital signal processor, DSP program and the driver of PCI device, the paper expounds the design idea and implementation of the hardware and software.
