It is very important to strictly control surface subsidence and make surrounding building safty for excavating subway stations and underground shopping, under the conditions of ultra-shallow soft soil in urban complex environments areas. In this paper, take Chongqing Rail 1 Line Oil Road Tunnel for axample to make full study. The research has practical value and theoretical significance. In this paper, make use of mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics knowledge and have initial stress field and stress and strain in the rock for studying .Besides, have the factors of tunnel stability analysis. Take the project for example. Firstly, analyze advantages and disadvantages of various excavation methods that may be taken.Secondly, make use of ANSYS software, plastic theory, DP yield criterion, taking account of nonlinear factors of rock and soil, to establish numerical model of excavation method ,CD method and double sidewall drift method, and do the detailed analysis that displacement, stress field, displacement field, bending moment, shear and axial force in the process every step of the excavation. Finally, get more scientific and reasonable conclusions, that double wall guide pit method must is adopted in the range of large-section tunnel transition section .The conclusion is approved and recognited by the various units participating, and applied in construction. In the construction, the monitoring results and simulation results are consistent with the general trend, indicating that simulation analysis is correct. The results about soft-soil ultra-shallow large-span tunnel played an important role. for the Chongqing Urban Rail 1 Line Oil Road.
