Since the 1990s,a large number of cement concrete pavement had been constructed in china. After nearly two decades of operations. Many roads have experienced many serious diseases,thus Impeding the normal use of them。As The early strength of ordinary Portland cement concrete is very low,the use of such material on the damaged concrete pavement′s repair often require closed or semi-enclosed transport to ensure adequate time for construction and maintenance . This will often lead to serious traffic congestion and great economic losses. This paper based on this point proposes to use Fast-Pass Concrete Technology to achieve the purpose of the maintenance of Concrete Pavement and fast traffic operation.In this paper. the application of early-strength water-reducing agent is to realize the fast traffic peration of concrete pavement. Given that many factors influence the strength of Fast-pass concrete. they not only have the very high early strength.but also require to reduce the loss of the later strength as much as possible. This paper aims to identify the factor level affecting the strength of Fast-pass concrete . optimize the type of admixture suitable for the object′s request and reasonable the factor′s mix proportion of Fast-pass concrete. Through the test of its road performance.the prepared Fast-pass concrete should not only open the road quickly but also have the very high later strength. The main results of this study are as follows:①Overview the requirements of Fast-pass concrete′s performance and select the type of admixture and the raw material of concrete②Apply Single factor method to analyse factors affluencing the strenghth of Fast-pass concrete. reach the laws how each of these factors affluce the strength of Fast-pass concrete③Analysis of the laws of how additives. curing temperature. sand ratio and other factors afflucence on Fast-pass concrete′every age′s strenghth is made through orthogonal experiment .Other tests about the performance of wear resistance and contractility are also made. Theoretically obtain the mix proportion of factors of Fast-pass concrete who has the very high early strength and largely reduce the loss of the later strength.④Introduce the construction technology of Fast-pass concrete and use the above derived mix proportion of factors to construct test road. The testing results of test road indicate the prepared concrete fully meet the performance requirements of Fast-pass concrete.This study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the application of the Fast-pass concrete.which will support the construction of them on concrete pavement and maintenance of old concrete pavement.
