This paper is aimed at the research primarily of the online safety monitoring system about Dongchuan River diversion tunnel. The purpose is to establish a suit of integrate online monitoring system. This system would command accurately that situation information of tunnels in real time. By the way, it will coach mine normal manufacture according as monitor analyse results and let mine production decision-making scientifically.In this paper, as substantial contents, it designs online safety monitor system combining practical situation of Dongchuan River diversion tunnel and hangs most advanced fibre-optical sensing technology, fibre-optical communication technology and computer network technology together into a suit of perfect fibre-optical monitor system. Comparing with traditional engineering safety monitor system, this new system has increased precisions of monitor data and anti-jamming abilities. At the same time, transfer fashion of it should be more steady, reliable and security. Meanwhile, it has more advantages at resource sharing, extendibility, stability, popularity and standardization, etc.Because of complicated rock conformation around Dongchuan River diversion tunnel, weak stability and it draws close to the open air stope, mine's normal production will bring determinate adverse effects to the tunnel safety. So this system uses many kinds of monitors ways and plenty of sensors. In this dissertation, the monitor system would crisis various data information, build relative data amalgamation model, confirm scientific data analysis methods, increase ability of finding and dealing with tunnel diseases, comprehensive analysis those diseases and provide correct tunnel situation information in time for mine production.
