| In order to further implement requirements of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the investment in infrastructure will continue to increase and more roads, railways, subways and other infrastructure projects will be built. As an important part of the field of transportation, tunnel project will draw more extensive attention and develop dramatically. Collapse accident,which is one of the most common safety accidents in tunnel construction process, not only delay the time limit for a project, and greatly increase the project cost, but also caused the constructor injured and even threaten life. Safety problems in the process of tunnel construction have become the main concern for scientists and technicians.Based on the case of tunnel collapse and the collected data, the functional requirements of the early warning-monitoring system are analyzed, the characteristics of the tunnel collapse and forecasting and early warning-monitoring system are studied in this paper. The main research work and results are as follows:(1) Study on the type and mechanism of tunnel collapse. After counting a large number of domestic tunnel collapse cases through the literature, the tunnel collapse is classified. Then its premonition and the distribution in tunnel construction time axis are counted. The paper summarizes and analyzes the main factors of collapse and the risk of collapse in the process of tunnel construction is analyzed by numerical simulation.(2) Research on the project and method of tunnel construction monitoring. Through relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation, the tunnel construction monitoring technology is comprehensively learned, including:the purpose and significance of the measurement, monitoring and measurement items and methods, etc.(3) Research on deformation rules of tunnel surrounding rocks. Based on the research and analysis of a large number of monitoring data, the time-space effect of the deformation of surrounding rock is obtained. At last, the risk analysis of each deformation stage is carried out by combining with the actual project, laying the foundation for the feasibility of the system development(4)Based on the analysis above and the characteristics of tunnel construction, communication is carried out with tunnel construction and technical personnel, learning their practical construction experience and demand. After that overall planning and design is carried out on each module of the system, designing forecasting and early warning-monitoring system which focuses on processing and analysis of monitor and measurement information.(5)Through the investigation and analysis of the actual project, referring to the experience and requirements of technical personnel and analysis from experts organized, this paper designs the function of the system in terms of construction safety and construction management, describing the working mechanism and the effects on anti-collapse. |
