In electric vehicle development process, the parameter matching of drive system and structure of pure electric vehicle power have a significant impact on driving range and power performance. Parameters'matching of drive system decides the vehicle's power performance, and reasonable structural arrangement can save space and increase the number of batteries and increase driving range. In this paper, the Parameters calculation and structural arrangement of drive system will be finished from two aspects, and study the shift schedule, power and economy performance of pure electric vehicles.In reference to a large number of materials about pure electric vehicles, discuss the composition of pure electric vehicles, structural features, the key technology of drive system, discuss the development, structure, working principle of automatic transmission.According to the technical requirements of pure electric vehicle, design and calculate parameters of pure electric vehicle integrated drive system, and choose a rational motor, transmission gear ratio, the number of battery packs. To further improve the mechanical efficiency of drive system, study drive system layout of pure electric vehicle, design the integrated drive system layout with the integration of electric motor and transmission, and analyze the two driver programs, including FF and RR. According to the project technical requirements and drive system parameters, use FF driver program.According to the requirements of the integration of electric motor and transmission, analyze of the feasibility of cancelling clutch from three functions(to ensure a smooth start car, when the work to ensure smooth shifting transmission, prevention of transmission overload) and analyze of the feasibility of cancelling synchronizer from working principle, design shift operating mechanism,composed of gear rack mechanism and planetary gear reducer, and study the operating principle and shift control of the system.This paper studies the type of shift schedule about internal combustion engine vehicles, the impact of shift schedule on vehicle performance and the development of methods of power and economy shift schedule. In reference to the shift schedule for the internal combustion engine vehicles, according to the torque characteristics of motor drive system, design the power Shift Schedule of pure electric vehicles; according to the efficiency of the motor drive system, design the economic shift Schedule of pure electric vehicle. Build the simulation model, Select CYC_ECE_EUDC and CYC_ECE_EUDC_LOW driving cycle for power and economy simulation. Through the simulation analysis verify the parameters matching of the drive system meeting the relevant performance requirements, and compare the two kinds of Shift Schedule, verify the reasonableness of the shift Schedule.
