| Since the 70s of the 20th century, with the power electronics and microelectronics brought about the rise of AC speed control system and development of a DC drive system is gradually breaking the hold of the dominant position. For AC motor (especially cage induction motor) dynamic mathematical model of nonlinear multivariable coupling characteristics, and with intelligent control technology, and many scholars of various control strategies and technical methods, including the speed sensorless vector control technologies, Direct Torque Control technology, based on neural network control of vector control technology, space vector control technology.In this thesis, this study induction motors to Texas Instruments has introduced 32-bit motor control dedicated DSP-TMS320F2812 as the control center, use nowadays widely used in the space voltage vector control method and motor dynamic mathematical model was designed based on the exchange speed control system and Matlab/Simulink simulation platform debugging all aspects of the system, the results are verified. The principle of frequency conversion motor and vector control technology of digital implementation principle are analyzed. The space vector pulse width modulation technology and the theoretical basis and the software necessary to control algorithms are detailed in this paper. In the second chapter of this thesis, the rotor flux position of the algorithm model (voltage model rotor flux position, current position of rotor flux) is drtailed analysis, and the vector control of AC motor theory of coordinate transformation (Clarke transformation, Park transformation) is introduced. In the third chapter I introduce the hardware design, including TMS320F2812 as the core control circuit, the modernization of Japan's Mitsubishi Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) as the core of the inverter power circuit, based on photoelectric encoder using M velocity measurement of the speed detection circuit and the corresponding voltage and current detection circuit, and system protection circuit module. Then I discusse the system's software design, hardware modules are given and the corresponding software program flow chart. Finally, in the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, the full use of Power System Simulation (SimPower System) toolbox established control circuit emulation module, combined with vector control system block diagram of combination of various modules, built up a simulation model of the system, and get the needed simulation results, which proves the thesis described the design ideas could meet the vision, Shide asynchronous Jiaoliudianji Jie Jin DC machine characteristics, control system has good dynamic and static performance, in practical application can have a good prospects. |
