| The LonWorks technology is one of the most competitive fieldbus technologies at the present time. It provides an open and local network to operate.LonWorks field bus system is connected to the Internet, so on-site equipment can be controlled remotely, and this is adapted to the current control system to an open, intelligent, network-based direction. In the field of electric drive, PWM speed control technology is one of the key technologies about transmission, and it is a hot research in the area of Electrical transmission control field. PWM control techniques control the semiconductor switching device turn-on and turn-off to turn the DC voltage into a voltage pulse sequence, and by controlling the voltage pulse width or cycle to achieve the purpose of voltage changes.Or by controling the voltage pulse width and pulse out of the cycle in order to achieve the purpose of a VVVF control technology.In this paper, LonWorks fieldbus technology and PWM Frequency technology are well combined with each other, and research about the realization of the Frequency Control under LonWorks network is carried out. Based on the LonWorks control network technology features, we first build a NodeBuilder development platform. And then we use the Echelon's ShortStack technology to create a host-based Intelligent LonWorks nodes in the NodeBuilder development platform. In this paper, we use the SVPWM technology to realize the Frequency control and we build Matlab simulation models based on SVPWM technology. The simulation results show that the algorithm ideas of realize SVPWM control is correct and feasible. We had a Frequency control unit hardware design and take DSP TMS320LF2407A as a control core. The Frequency control unit includes the expansion of micro-controller circuits, power supply circuits, speed control circuit, driver circuit, inverter circuits, detect circuit and so on. We carried out a DSP software development also, which include the main program, the interruption of Serial communication services procedure and PWM interrupt service procedure. Finally, we verify the design is correct and feasible through experiments. |
