| Rolling bearing is one of the most frequently used mechanical components and plays a key role in the production. Therefore, the fault diagnosis technology for rolling bearing is of great significance. Firstly, the vibration principle and the fault vibration property are analyzed. Secondly, the trend analysis of time domain parameters is used in the fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing for the changing characteristic of the time domain parameters during the runtime of rolling bearing. Finally, the software for the fault inspection system of the rolling bearing with the methods of time domain parameter trend analysis, shock pulse method (SPM) and Envelope Demodulation based on filter and FFT is designed by LabVIEW, the use of the system is explained in detail, and the system can diagnose the fault of the rolling bearing effectively by analyzing the vibration signal of the rolling bearing. |
