The rolling bearing is the key component of the rotary machine,a component is also prone to failure,in the computer automation gradually popular today,the use of computer software acquisition,analysis and diagnosis system on a large number of vibration signals of rolling bearing work,combined with the signal processing method is used for fault data analysis,characteristics identification of vibration signal,to provide decision-making basis for fault diagnosis,which has important economic benefit.Firstly,this paper carried on the overall design of hardware and software for rolling bearing fault diagnosis system,established the design ideas of the fault diagnosis system,then seek theoretical support for the design of the system,the load distribution of each part of the structure,bearing rolling bearing and the motion between the theory,characteristics of the forms of damage,the fault principle and the fault of the rolling bearing analysis.Based on the above research and analysis,the fault diagnosis system of rolling bearing is studied and the design details of the development,based on Beijing Aerospace intelligent control rotor experimental platform,using LabVIEW software and MATLAB software,collects and analyzes the vibration signals of rolling bearings fault,and data mining fault tree analysis technology,gives the rolling bearing fault diagnosis and classification method,That is,4 non dimensional parameters and 3 frequency domain characteristic parameters in the time domain of the bearing vibration signal are extracted.Using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm in the data mining software WEKA platform to acquire the knowledge rules of the rolling bearing fault and explain the rules,provides a basis for intelligent diagnosis of rolling bearings.Finally,the system is used to diagnose and analyze the fault bearing in the laboratory,and the result of fault diagnosis is obtained.The reliability of the system is proved by comparing with the actual bearing fault.
