There are still some problems in the power plant which applies the ECS, and the problems mainly reflected in the reliability of the system, the interlocking protection logic, the communication speed and the anti-jamming capability and so on. In the view of the current status quo and the existing problems of the ECS system, on the basis of taking full account of the particularity of the power plant electrical system proposed the design of the thermal power plant electrical control system. The program draws on the characteristics of relatively concentrated distribution of electrical equipment, and it use the field data bus instead of the control cable, so as to save a lot of investment and maintenance workload. Setting the scene microcomputer integrated protection and control devices, the measured data and protection information was taken into DCS through the data bus, ECS system can carry on two-way data communication with other automatic device (transformer unit protection, excitation-conditioning systems, fast cutting device, synchronizer, etc.) in accordance with the communication protocol to achieve the valuation management, fault recorders and other functions. |
