Based on the model of the heat transfer in air combustion, combined with the changing of the flue gas and effect of gases radition on heat, a model for the heat in oxy-fuel combustion in CFB is suggested. The influence of operation parameters on the heat transfer in oxy-fuel CFB combustion were considered, such as partcle diameter, void fraction, flue gas temperature and flue gas composition, etc. Contrasting to the air combusition, the heat transfer coefficient is not changed greatly in oxy-fuel combusition. This heat transfer is dominated by solids effects, which do not depend on the gas compositon. The obvious change is the quantity of the flue gas, which is less than that in oxy-fuel CFB combustion. A 440t/h oxy-fuel combustion CFB was designed in oxygen content 30%,50%,70%.
