With the characteristics of No DC power supply in transmission line, the solar cells combine with the battery are designed to solve the monitoring system of power supply problems. In the course of the study to the problem, the multi-winding transformer balance method is utilized to design the four-way full-powered solutions to the battery charge and discharge issues, and ensure the reliability of power supply system. Obtained through the experiment power supply system operating parameters, could meet the design requirements. Combined power supply system of the work environment, design the corresponding carrying equipment, consideration to the equipment running at high altitude wind factor, the installation of solar panel bracket were made a dynamic strength analysis, and the experiment results were verified by their Strength analysis of data, combined with data to Verify the solar panel bracket safety and reliability, so a good solution to solve the equipment installation.
