| The unique virtues of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM )control system are high power density and high quality & reasonable price which are appreciated an attention home and abroad. The main method of improving the system performance is full digitalization control technology. Firstly, the paper studies the mathematics model and control strategy of PMSM vector control, and then promotes a new method, which can be applied in the PMSM control system, based on the PI parameter which is on-line recognized. This essay studies the new method above in the environment of MATLAB/Simulink. Secondly,the paper accomplishes the hardware design and development of the PMSM control system, and the integral design of rectification, soft launch, inversion, electricity sample,power protection,location and speed testing; At last, test is studying for PMSM by combining with the hardware designed above, this paper validated the correctness of the strategy promoted in the paper.
