| Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has the advantages of low inertia, small size, simple structure and high efficiency, which make it occupy a very important position in ac speed regulating system. Recently, with the price decline of permanent magnet material and the rapid development of PMSM control technology, PMSM is more and more widely used in industrial situations of various kinds of ac speed regulation system, especially in high precision servo control system. The vector controlled system of PMSM is deeply studied in the dissertation, which include the working principle, modeling and simulation vertification. By employing TMS320F2812 digital signal processor as the control chip, the hardware and software system of vector control system for PMSM was designed and realized. Moreover, the ac speed regulation experiment platform and verification is implemented, which can achieve the high performance digital speed control algorithm and intelligent control algorithm of experimental verification. Specifically, the main work and contribution of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:(1)The mathematic models of PMSM in three-phase stationary frame and two-phase rotating frame were established according to the coordinate transformation theory. Combined with the vector control principle and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method, the simulation model of the vector control speed regulation system for PMSM is established using the simulation tools of Texas instruments C2000 in Embedded Coder. The simulation results verified that the vector control AC speed regulating system of PMSM is correct and feasible.(2) In order to cut down the cost of system design for PMSM and solve the problem that the traditional system needs a great many electric current transducers, this article propoes a kind of operating technology on reconstructing three-phrase current with bus current. In addition, relevant software and hardware designs are proceeded, the result of which has tested out its correctness and effectiveness.(3)Based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor, the hardware was designed for vector control system of PMSM, which contains the control board and power drive board. The control board includes control chip and peripheral circuit, and the power drive circuit includes power circuit, main circuit, signal detection circuit and protection circuit.(4)The drive of vector control system for PMSM is designed, which includes the main program, interrupt service program, the rotor position and rotor speed calculation program and the space voltage vector modulation, etc. The experiment platform of vector control system for PMSM was built to test in the conditions of no-load starting, the sudden change of the command speed and the load torque. |
