In face of global energy crisis and environmental issues, the Chinese Government decides to implement effective strategies for energy conservation and emission reduction policies and develop new energy industry positively. In the total energy consumption of the society, the building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion. Therefore, the development of appropriate building energy-saving technology to reduce building energy consumption and to improve building comfort should be an important current social development.At present, the domestic building energy policy is mainly aimed at large-scale residential buildings and large energy consumption in public buildings, but there has been no attention to general construction of public buildings, such us kindergarten. Children are the future of our country, and us an important base for the national talent pool, the Indoor environment of the kindergarten has a direct impact on children's physical and mental health. But now, most of kindergartens have many problems, such us poor air quality and higher building energy consumption. Therefore, this article will explore the application of appropriate building energy-saving technology to reduce kindergarten energy consumption, while improving the indoor environmental comfort conditions.In this paper, the research method of theory with practice has been used. First of all, we shall collect and analyze the data on building energy-saving technologies applied to kindergartens, laying the theoretical foundation for the engineering practice. These elements include an overview of current major building energy efficiency and the architectural design elements and indoor environmental comfort standards of kindergarten.The second, through field surveys and questionnaires on the kindergartens of Ji nan, we shall learn more about winter and summer indoor physical environmental conditions of the kindergarten, and analyze the existing problems in kindergartens to Summarize the design of appropriate strategies in the region kindergartens.Then the early conclusion of the design should be applied to the kindergarten of Shandong Architecture University's nursery garden, in which the author participated in the design, to test the feasibility of its implementation and make appropriate improvements.Finally, we shall Combine with practical experience to make more complete feasible design and technology strategy, which can improve the indoor environment comfortable nursery, and basis for a large number of promotion of energy-saving design.I hope the results concluded in this paper ecological design can be referenced to the kindergartens in cold regions. Meanwhile, I hope the strategy of suitable energy saving technology, which had been concluded in this paper, can be helped to promote the ecological design and the research of energy conservation and be helped to Reduce building energy consumption.
