Affected by factors such as economic level,energy saving awareness,and supervision mechanism,the thermal performance of the envelope of village and town buildings is generally poor,and the heating method is relatively backward,which has great potential for energy saving.Based on the characteristics of the villagesn kindergarten buildings in the Guanzhong area:The thermal performance of the building envelope is poor;The solar energy resources in the Guanzhong area are abundant,and the building area ratio in the villages is low,which guarantees the heat collection of solar energy;The kindergarten building has a stable and regular use schedule,and it does not need heating in the coldest month and at night,which has a better matching degree with the change of solar radiation intensity,and is beneficial for the role of solar energy;The kindergarten building has heating needs in transitional seasons,and the extended heating duration makes the use of solar heating systems more energy-saving.This paper taken a kindergarten in Guanzhong area as an example to research the suitable heating energy-saving technology for the village kindergarten building from the two aspects of building envelope and heating method.Firstly,a field investigation was conducted on 9 kindergartens in Fuping County and surrounding villages and towns in the Guanzhong area.It was found that the performance of the envelope of kindergarten buildings in Guanzhong County and surrounding villages and towns is generally poor,and only some of the newly-built buildings in the past five years have been thermally treated for exterior walls and roofs.When no centralized heat source is available,gas heating boilers or air conditioners are mostly used for heating equipment.In addition,residents in villages and towns have a relatively low demand for the interior design temperature in the heating season.Therefore,the heating design temperature of different functional rooms in the village and town kindergarten building can be compared to the Design Code for Nursery and Kindergarten Buildings slightly lower.Then a model was established in a kindergarten in Guanzhong,and three envelope and six heating modes were selected to compare the influence of envelope performance and different heating mode on building heating energy consumption.After reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall from 2.45 W/m2·K to 0.61 W/m2·K,and the heat transfer coefficient of the roof from 2.11 W/m~2·K to 0.9 W/m~2·K,the building energy saving rates of continuous heating and intermittent heating are 33%and 50%,respectively.The performance of the envelope structure is better Under the conditions,the heating energy consumption of the building during the entire heating season can be reduced by2046.3 GJ,and the energy saving rate is 55.1%.Finally,the solar heating system is designed based on the heat load value of the building with better envelope structure performance and the heating mode that only maintains the indoor design temperature during normal use time.It has been calculated that under the intermittent heating mode,the solar heating system can save 2.16×10~6 MJ of heat annually.The total cost savings during the lifetime is 243,100 RMB,and the recovery period is 10.84 years.
