Research On Planning Of New Socialist Countryside's Livable Environment In Fujian Province

In recent years, the New Socialist Rural Construction development is in full swing. During my studies, I participated in the planning of new Socialist Rural Construction. In the initial research, I found that there are some problems with the living environment and the theory behind the Planning of New Socialist Rural Construction. In order to solve existing problems, with living settlement as the starting point, I started to investigate, with meeting the basic living conditions of villagers as the basic requirement, how can we construct a community friendly space. Specific study as follows:This article has summarized the models and researches done in domestic villages and towns and human settlement planning and construction. Detailed investigation was conducted in areas of housing, transportation, public events, plantation, health, and disaster prevention and mitigation in Fujian Province. And based on the survey results,to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of FuJian's new rural construction, as well as highlighting on the current issues in the human settlementand the landscaping of rural areas.In my research,I organized the results into categories of: new rural constructions, renovating old villages and protected historical and cultural sites. The focus of the research is on the planning of livable environment of the renovated villages.In determining the object of the study,I detailed the various elements of the livable environment basing on the evaluation system of Small Towns, summarized specific planning elements in seven parts:land-use planning, construction planning, traffic planning, public space planning, living environment greening planning, environmental sanitation planning, disaster prevention and mitigation planning,as well as drawing a detailed planning flow chart, and proposed the principle for the planning of New Socialist's Livable Environment. Meanwhile, in land-use planning section, I have summarized the rural land-use types and layout requirements, reference superposition method to analyze land-use suitability. In the construction plan,through the evaluation and classification of building, I highlighted four build patterns:demolition, reconstruction, alteration and protection. In transport planning, I proposed the theory of landmark gate's construction, analyzed the model of entrance plaza, summarize the layout points of parking.And according to the characteristics of rural road space, I classified the rural road into traffic road and living road, promoted the planning pattern of "people-cars share", proposed "ring + chessboard-shaped" road planning model, and summarized the road grades and road-building measures. In public space planning, according to the characteristics of villagers'daily life, I summarizes the spaces'characteristics, scales and layout elements, use the road space to connect the square spaces to form a continuous network of public space, get the space layout model,and use the different methods and different types to create different spaces for activities. In disaster prevention and mitigation plan, I am looking for the new layout model of rural refuge point.In the Purification and landscaping of space, I have summarized the characteristics and requirements of greening,as well as getting the layout requirements of trash, garbage station and public toilet accordance with the relevant planning standards, In order to solve public health problems in rural areas and provide theoretical guidance for the planning of New Socialist Rural Construction.In the third part, I take the Gu Cuo Village in Yonghe Town, Jinjiang City for example, I deep analysis the advantages and disadvantages of its construction. This theory base on the study which is carried out over their reasonable distribution and find out the solution for the problem.Based on the new rural planning livable environment for theoretical research and case studies, I am looking forward to improve this theory, so that it can contribute some reference advices in the new rural future planning and livable environment construction to Fujian Province.
