With the growing energy shortages, looking for a new energy of environmental protection and pollution-free has become an important strategic plan for the world. Solar energy as one of the most environmentally friendly, has been more and more widely used. In this paper, the maximum use of solar energy and gridding quality electricity back to the main research goal to design and develop photovoltaic inverter, has important practical significance. Photovoltaic Inverter is an integral part of the output power quality of the PV power system, and its reliability and efficiency of good or bad will directly influence the performance of the photovoltaic power generation system and investment.This thesis comes from a company's wide digital Photovoltaic Inverter project. The main research content is the development of digital inverter. Complete the following work elements in the project development.Firstly, the mathematical model of solar photovoltaic panels is analyzed and described in detail the Volta metric characteristics of PV panels and the maximum power point. On the basis of analysising of PV panels in the different sunlight at different temperatures, we introduce some commonly used maximum power point tracking control method, several methods were compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several methods is given. In the light of our own R&D of the actual conditions of the MPPT algorithm proposed in this paper based on the power input voltage loop perturbation method, and machine experiments carried out to obtain a better tracking performance.Secondly, the analysis and study the topology of the single-phase and three-phase inverter main circuit and in accordance with current mainstream research direction choose a more advanced single-stage power transformer with a feedback structure, that is, only use DC/AC inverter section through the isolation transformer to complete the part of the buck/boost feature. Confirmed the inverter output current control method, and determined the photovoltaic inverter research and development program.Thirdly, in the design of the single-phase inverter control and network, detailed analysis and research the two technical problem of the inverter:digital lock and anti-islanding detection, and gave the figures used the lock algorithm and the anti-islanding detection algorithm in this article. In the three-phase half-grid inverter digital design, the single-phase inverter with different points was analyzed to study the unique three-phase inverter dq transformation, and simulation analysis.Finally, using the TI Company's TMS320F2812 digital signal processing chip as the main chip designed the control circuit, the external detection circuit, driver circuit and produced a prototype for the whole machine experiment. Using digital control of the controller will cause the time delay and phase delay, in order to reduce the influence of sampling methods applied in this asymmetry, the effective sampling process to avoid aliasing of data, reducing the sampling time delay. In the design process described in detail some of the design method of control in the Hardware.In the end the prototype experimental results are given to verify the validity of the proposed control strategy, and give the summary and outlook of the work.
