This thesis focuses on the importance of the market reform and energy saving and emission reduction in electric power industry. From the existing energy-efficient economic mechanisms in various fields, this thesis studies the combination of energy saving and market issues in the generation scheduling, and does the following research:1) Energy saving is a product, and it is a public product. For dispatch center on the energy issue as an alternative role of government, the two goals of economical and energy saving can be achieved with the general publis economic behavior analysis method-CBA method to solve, and in analysis a whole and long-term look at the overall value of energy is necessary. Based on this, this thesis deines the price of coal, establishes a social-welfare-maximizing scheduling model, simulation results demonstrate that this model can achieve the optimal overall social welfare benefits.2) Contract is the choice of power generation companies and grid companies for benefit and risk aversion. Marketable dispatch for energy saving also needs a reasonable long-term contract management. Management o f contracts can be divided into the formation of the contract and the decomposition of the contract, this thesis establishes market-based energy-saving model, simulation results demonstrate that this model can achieve more social benefits.3) Trade of generation right is a useful complement of day-ahead market and contract market. And it is a right transaction between the two power companies. Using trading models of this thesis, simulation results reduce coal ccnsumption and increase social benefits. The model can give full play to the effect of trade of generation right in energy saving.
