Biomass combustion for power generation has been promoted in China in recent years.But the development of biomass boiler is restricted to the problem of high-temperature corrosion of superheater.The high-temperature Corrosion experiments were conducted to simulate deposition condition in biomass boiler superheater for five kinds of materials:T91,15CrMoG,12Cr1MoVG,TP347.Three kinds of corrosion medium and three temperature conditions were selected.The phenomenon of Matrix permeability of oxygen causing Corrosion thickening was found.The mechanism of matrix thickening was analysed.The corrosion temperature and corrosion medium on the impact of 12Cr1MoVG was especially analysed.Corrosion thinning was used to Characterize oxidation corrosion properties.Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer were used to analyse samples'surface and profile after the oxidation corrosion.It's analysed the corrosion types, corrosion products and corrosion morphology of 12Cr1MoVG in different corrosion temperature and different corrosion medium.It's analysed the mechanism of activation oxidation of 12Cr1MoVG.At last The high-temperature Corrosion experiments were conducted by using the ash and slag collected from the biomass power plant at the temperature of 650℃for five kinds of materials:T91,15CrMoG,12Cr1MoVG,TP347.It's analysed the corrosion types, corrosion products and corrosion morphology when samples were in the biomass ash and slag.
