In recent years, as traditional fossil energy development and use of excessive, causing serious environmental pollution and resource crisis. The biomass has its own green, sustainable features, more and more countries in the world's attention and promote the use of. However, due to biomass fuel in the alkali metal element and a high chlorine content of inorganic elements, which have led to biomass boiler superheater tube metal temperature operation when severe corrosion, thereby constraining the development of biomass boilers. In this paper, combined with domestic biomass boiler superheater corrosion of metal pipes and corrosion mechanism of the status quo situation, based on in-depth study of the increased biomass boiler superheater metal pipe method and the evaluation of high temperature corrosion resistance of non-uniform corrosion of metal pipes of the method. The main achievements are as follows:Detailed analysis of the biomass boiler temperature corrosion of metal pipe types and characteristics of titanium and titanium alloy selection made as the experimental material, by simulating the biomass boiler superheater tube fly high temperature corrosion environment, observation, and TC4titanium alloy corrosion specimens corrosion process and results, and thus evaluation of the two materials in a simulated environment corrosion resistance. Experiment with the drawing of the two materials corrosion kinetics curves, re-use of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis of the corrosion organization, came to the conclusion in a simulated corrosive environment, TC4superior corrosion resistance of specimens of pure titanium samples this is because the TC4alloys corrosion layer composite oxide layer that is formed of aluminum, vanadium atom is replaced by titanium atoms in TiO2solid solution phase. Moreover, according to Ti-Al phase diagram, when the formation of a protective type intermetallic titanium aluminide (Ti3Al), they help to hinder the spread of corrosive media, thereby reducing the extent of corrosion damage the specimen.Based on TC4alloy corrosion in simulated environments with good corrosion resistance, and thus the experiment using laser cladding metal plate in the preparation of titanium base alloy coating, and by observing the elemental composition ratio of cladding process, the coating corrosion resistance of the sample case, to find out ways to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating. The results show that multi-layer cladding and improve the composition ratio of aluminum to increase corrosion resistance of the coating.How to evaluate high-temperature metal pipe for a non-uniform corrosion, this paper combines traditional and quantitative metallographic method metallographic method common evaluation method of non-uniform corrosion, corrosion of the sample based on surface topography images were used to Wang Geji counting method and intercept method gives the characterization of non-uniform corrosion of the metal results.
