With the construction of a national network project, contact line appears weakly damped low-frequency oscillation is increasingly.It's becoming a threat power grid safe and stable operation of the important issues.Study of TCSC power oscillation suppression interconnected system, not only has important theoretical significance, but also has important practical value.TCSC's effective output is the basis of its impact system stability, while the current projects used TCSC damping controller and the signal selection means, imulations show that under certain conditions, it could not make it fast and efficient output, affecting the effectiveness of TCSC. This view of the current engineering applications of damping controller and signal selection means analyzing the principles of some cases problems. On this issue, the paper proposes a variable parameter PID control program and a signal selection means,through theoretical analysis and simulation shows that such programs and signals select the ways are effectively the output so as to enhance power system stability purposes. Analyzing long-distance power transmission in Yunnan TCSC stability with Yunnan Power Grid.
