By design concept and the overload vehicles,expressway in China have the phenomenon of the ubiquity of early disease ,short service life ,how to improve the pavement condition and the service life is a arduous problem to road designers in China. It is obviously high cost that to keep good road performance only from the perspective of maintenance. The article, based on a large investigation of the relationship between the wheelpath distribution and pavement disease., point out that the imbalance of the load distribution is the main reason of leading serious injury of the main wheelpath.So this paper put forward the research method of improve the service time using lane translation creatively.The main research contents and results of the papers: making investigation and analysis of the different types of axle load distribution,found and prove that the consistency of frequency distribution that same types of axle load on different road.based on this ,we put forward the prediction model of the wheel distribution based on composition of cars. Analysing the relationship of the distribution of diseases and the wheelpath of different types of pavement through lots of investigation,based on this, establishing the prediction method of rules of pavement performance based on wheelpath combining the common models of rules of pavement performance. According to the research above,we study of the way of lane translation and put forward the way of fixing best translating scalar and time based on the translating scalar(possible translating scalar ).And last, combined the investigation data of Qingyin highway,put forward the lane moving plan which fit the Qingyin highway practically..
