The Combined Heating-cooling-power which has the advantages in energy efficiency is the main way to use the natual gas.Bsae on the original loads,the structure design of the Combined Heating-cooling-power system with the gas turbine including the season operational mode design and is put up with in this paper. Compared for the annual profit, the energy utilization, the energy saving rate, investment cost and the payback time with different schemes, the best structure design is chosen by analysing the economical efficiency results.With the principle of "determining heat with electricity", and base on the monthly average loads, two design schemes are made. Two 200kW gas turbines are used in the first scheme and one 220kW gas turbine and one 300kW gas turbine are used in the second scheme. The function parameters of the schemes by using the Aspen Plus chemical process are used for analysis. By comparing for the profit per annum and the payback period objective parameter as the objective parameter, the scheme with one 220kW gas turbine and one 300kW gas turbine is the better one.The process flow model which is made up with the recuperated gas turbine is put up with by the Aspen Plus chemical process. Compared with the system with the simple gas turbine, the energy utilization rate is 87.08%, and the energy saving rate is 14.76%.The payback time is lower than the simple gas turbine. It is shown that the system with the recuperated gas turbine is suitable in the actual project.The peak loads of the state guesthouse including the electric power and the heat capacity are calculated and the expansion scheme of the gas boiler and the expansion scheme of the gas boiler and gas turbine are designed.The daily operating cost of the two schemes are 35924.57RMB and 35495.98RMB, and the increase investment costs are 887.1 thousand Yuan and 1212.38 thousand Yuan. The expansion scheme of the gas boiler is superior to the expansion scheme of the gas boiler and gas turbine.
