Currently, because energy supply and environment issues are getting more serious, most of the countries in the world focus their attention on making use of energy more reasonable and more efficient meanwhile to guarantee the energy supply is safe enough, developed countries are doing their endeavor to construct the second energy system actively, with the rapid development and application of the advanced machines, such as micro-turbine, gas-turbine, fuel-cell, internal-combustion engine, external-combustion engine, CFB etc., which established the technical support for the second energy system.This paper study the energy center of Xianyang international airport which is about to build. Put forward a general mathematic model for distributed energy system (DES) which includes various type of heating, cooling, driven by different fuels. The paper analyzes the prices of gas-turbine, different kinds of refrigerating unit and boiler, then set up the price formulas, also the author program a software named EADES1.0 which based on the simulating result of dynamic load given by Dest. By enumerating all the possible schemes, then the paper confirms the most excellent scheme both in economy and energy saving, at the end analyzes the factors influence the economical efficiency of this project.The great innovation of this paper lies in: firstly, the computation of EADES1.0 base on the simulating result of dynamic load given by Dest; secondly, the sensitivity analysis of the project income considers the influence of four factors to change in the meantime.
