In recent years, with the development of transportation infrastructure, mountain tunnels constructed with NATM as the mainstream construction method become more and more. Comparing with other Civil Engineering, the load of rock mass of mountain tunnels is uncertain. It is closely related to the mechanics feature of rock mass and itself structure, the interactionforce and the time. Therefore, how to effectively feedback information on spot and guide the construction is paid more and more attention by engineering. Informational construction and construction controlling technology are widely used during tunnel construction and have played a significant role in quick excavation. However, there are lots of drawbacks in informational construction and forming forecast analysis process from the information on site. This paper has done a lot of research and analysis on underground Informational construction and the application of information feedback technology. The main focuses are as the following:(1)Think that GM(1,1) is suitable for the short-term prediction of tunnel excavation deformation,Verhulst is suitable for the long-term prediction of tunnel excavation deformation,by using grey system to study on the established data and comparativing the models of grey system theory.(2)Do back-analysis from displacement on displacement of construction monitoring by step of construction, then, forward analysis by the generalized parameter. Hence, judge the stress and deformation of rock mass and jet-anchor support. Apply construction parameters in previous step to forecast and analyze next construction step.(3)Analyze the stress and each displacement after the rock mass deformation is to be stable through back-analysis the final displacement. Inspect the rationality of the initial supporting.(4)Compile underground engineering analysis and feedback system by using Visual Basic language, the system realizes predicting of the future development of data, predicting the stable displacement,alarming if the data exceed the default value, drawing a gray fitting curve and the curve of original data.
