With the construction of the country’s infrastructure, the rapid development of railway and subway subway construction project makes the problem faced by more and more, there were many cross-city rail transit and railway crossing and other more complex construction issues, Suzhou City rail transit four line shield crossing Suzhou station (Beijing-Shanghai line connecting K1368+121, downlink K1368+211), by Metro line 2 and No.4 line lower level crossing stations provided by large engineering difficulties. To ensure the safety of railway operations in the construction, paper uses finite element software Plaxis build three-dimensional numerical model, a new study from the theoretical impact on the railway tunnel excavation causes and study the formation, the presence of both roadbed deformation mode. And based on field monitoring data, this project has been studied information technology aspects of construction.(1) Theoretically studied the impact of the new railway tunnel excavation produced, analyzed under construction Tunnel caused by formation, subgrade, settlement control the development of the principle of deformation of both rail and structural deformation settlement control indicators, methods and highways, railways standard.(2) For this project, the use of finite element software Plaxis calculation model to analyze the North Station Plaza, Space Shield Tunnel Excavation, sunken plaza north, north-south central link passage (South station house both the bottom line), South Plaza underground space construction (structures) settlement and lateral deformation of uplift piles, pile foundation and frame structure and internal forces, and ultimately come settlement meet the design specification requirements due to construction.(3) The actual use of monitoring data and numerical simulation, the next project through existing structures to effectively predict existing structures construction deformation, can provide a feasible method for the modification of the existing structure to forecast construction, ease of construction and more good construction developed complementary programs to protect the safety of railway operations.
