Along with the constant perfect of our country high-speed railway, main environment problem is noise and vibration affects as well as a few brought about by electromagnetic radiation is negative of our country railway in future. Noise pollution is the environment factor with the speed of high-speed railway. The noise impact on the community is large and the residents'work and study on both sides of railway is impacted seriously.To solve the environmental problems brought by high-speed railway train, studying the characteristics and attenuation of high-speed railway train noise in-depth is an important basic work. The paper measurements the noise on the Beijing-Tianjin Inter-City high-speed railway and then analysis the noise level of different line forms of 350 km/h high-speed train in operation which include subgrade, bridge and bridge-subgrade transition section, and analysis the variation of noise with distance at viaduct ,and analysis the noise reduction effect of soundproofing barriers. By analyzing the noise, it can find reasonable measures for noise control and provide a basis for the line construction of the Passenger Dedicated Line.The result indicates that the noise level radiated by train when running on the bridge is the lowest and the noise level radiated by train when running on the bridge-subgrade transition section is the highest. In the viaduct section, the noise attenuation has not fully complied with common noise attenuation that the noise reduces when distance increases. The attenuation is that the noise first increases with increasing distance, when the distance increases to a certain distance the noise begin to reduce and the attenuation is greater. The critical distance is related to the height of the viaduct. The soundproofing barriers can reduce noise to a certain extent. The noise reduction is more in the 30m than in the 60m. The result is significant for noise reduction design of the express train-sets.
